First day of school...

So Logan just started going to this learning center/ daycare and today is his 3rd day..so far he loves it and was all excitted for the lunch pale I got him! lol the first day was fine for him, but me thats another story! First of all he didnt even say bye to me and second it was the longest day possible! But we are glad he is going to be around more kids his age maybe he wont be such a wild child! hehe we can only hope! =)

SO a few weeks ago we went with Brennan's cousin Kellie to swim at her inlaws house.."The Mohler" residence..we ate went swimming and Logan and Ryker chased eachother around in walkers,they thought it was so much better then acually running around! =)

Then that night we headed to california for a short trip to see my Grandmother and BRennan and I decided to go out on a date to this Brazilian place in Hollywood,he heard about on the Adam Corola show on the radio that we HAD to go to...it was so much fun the food was amazing and we had some much needed quility time,thanks hunny! =)

Cabin Fever!!

Brennan and I decided to go camping on the "family" property in utah..well we started friday late afternoon with some truck problems and having to stay the night in St. George at Brooke and Brady's House we finally made it up Cedar mt. to the Cabin..well the cabin is coming along we camped out in the basement where we set up our "house" haha. Brennan built us a table to hold all the cooking things and food and we set the grill outside under the upstairs deck, it was perfect! We went on hikes, went shooting, took a four wheel ride and just relaxed in the cool weather, a fun yet sweet time together, although we missed our little boy very much, and didnt want to come home also because the air conditioning went out in brennans truck! at least we made it home in one piece and didnt die of heat exhaustion..and thank you to Sue and my sister Michelle who watch our little boy! =)And thank you to my wonderful Husband the table was perfect and your just amazing!! I love you!

I'm so Glad I got to see my friends Kari (who is moving sooo far away..to Georgia!) and Andrea who is living in Orem..You just never know how much you really miss somone until you spend time with them and seeing them in person..I'm so blessed to have both their friendships in my life! =) Thanks! Utah Trip PART one! =)

Ok so Logan and I headed up to visit some of my friends in Utah, Logan was sick the first day but I didnt want that to mess the weekend up so we headed to the Hoogle Zoo! Way to hot, Max and Logan I think were over the whole adventure after and hour lol..So after we found Tai Pan and spent like a hour there filling our carts with fun stuff until....Logan Puked all down the front of me!!! I thought that would never happen to me..atleast in public! well I was wrong so we had to leave (no goodies for us) o well we went back to Andreas and had some fun girl chats and watched movies while the kids slept.

So Brennan and I went to walmart the other day for a few items and Brennan and Logan decided to go off on their own..well when I found them this is what I saw... Logan had picked out a backpack and wanted Brennan to put it on him then Brennan just let him walk around and he shopped! lol he picked out wife beaters,socks,a card,and stuffed his face with cheetoes..haha it was the cutest thing ever!

As of Saturday at 11:20am my sister inlaw Brittnie had her baby girl, 11:20am 6lbs 14oz 19 1/2 in. She is adorable!! and has lots of hair!! But I dont think our little Logan is going to like to share his grandma now! lol So to brittnie and Josh Congrats!! We are excited to meet her and make me a first time auntie!! =)

Part Two of the FUn weekend!!

So Saturday we headed up the mountain to the family Property where they are building a new cabin. The guys shot their guys and we all just hung out had lunch and checked out the cabin to see how far a long they are coming..Then Brennan and I headed over to Penguich Lake to his Aunt Barb's Cabin. We hung out the rest of the night and watch the fireworks and went home.. We had so much fun, Logan loved walking around outside and making his daddy tired! lol Then the roofers! So, it started out That little Brady (Brennan's Aunt's grandson) got up pn the roof to tighten some screws and he couldnt reach some so brennan got up there to help only yes he tied himself to some rope then threw it over the top so Brady could tie himself to it, (Brennan was the anchor!) lol and so Brady climbed up and fixed it meanwhile I was hoping Brennan didnt fall off cause Brady would of flown over the top, which would have sucked! Well sunday we headed home early so we could relax until we drove through St. George and saw the mall, (Buckle is there ) And I needed I'M MEAN WANTED some new jeans! lol so we stoped for a quick shopping break and then headed on our way..It was definatly a great weekend! =)

The 4th of July and a Pre-Birthday!

Wow this past weekend was long and full of fun! We headed up to Cedar City. UT for the 4th of July on Thursday night. Friday was the big parade, we decide that the whole family needs to do a float next year which would be fun. Logan loved the parade, he kept trying to escape from us so he could run with the people going by it was too funny he though it was a game! After the parade we all headed to the park for the burgers and hotdogs and they werent that good so we headed to Brads food hut for some qulity food lol. we all had a great time but the weather was a little warm, we though we were getting away from the heat and it was like 85 the whole weekend! =( only down fall. Well after the park we headed to Brennan's Aunt's house for the pre-birthday party for Ellie! All the kids were a little tired since none had a afternoon nap! so when we put them on the water slide they are freakedout and got mad! lol is was too funny...so we got out the kiddie pools and they had a good time..I think cause they thought it was a bath tub! =) Ellie got tons of cute clothes and fun toys. but after the heat allll day I needed to go shopping at some stores with A/C!! It was nice and we all finished the night off with some fireworks in the front yard. Stay tuned for Part two of the fun weekend we had!!

Nap Time!!

SO It was nap Time in the Swan house for Both Logan and I, I've been sick so I had been looking forward to nap time everyday! hehe..So I put Logan in his crib cause he was almost asleep on the couch and I went to lay down as well, 20min had gone by and I thought hmm he was definatly tired..I was SOOO wrong! I hear him laughing and giggling and having a great time so I go peek in and he is definatly not sleeping or ever going to sleep anytime soon. He kept running back and forth in the crib and jumping up and down, so I left to go get the camera and he is trying to escape!!! while in tears he is trying everything to hop over the side! Lets just say nap time isnt for a while! I think he stashed some sugar under his blanket when I first put him in the crib! lol

So, every day is kinda the same routine..get up when logan wakes up get him some milk and cuddle on the couch and watch "The Backyradagains" ( his favorite) and then I sneak away to get ready for work or the day...so Saturday I got up got Logan some milk and went to go snuggle but nope he didnt want mommy..he wanted nothing to do with me all he wanted was his "new chair" (we just got him a new camp chair from the bass pro shop) he walk over and sat in it the whole morning, all though I missed the snuggle time it was nice to go lay on the couch stretched out! hehe...anyways later that day he got mad at both Brennan and I cause we got him a new body suit with foam things in it so he could float in the pool, after about 20 min trying to fight with him to get it on this is what it looked like and he was in tears the whole time! so we felt bad and decided to return it since he will never let us get near him with it again! lol

It was just a year ago that Brennan, Logan and I were sealed as an Eternal Family, It has been the best choice and Blessing we could ever receive and We are ever so thankful for that special day. And couldn't be more happier to be apart of this wonderful gospel, and we are thankful for all of our family and friends for supporting us in a big step of our lives.

Good friends and a BBQ!

So last night our friend Cory had a BBQ at his house, except we played the WII outside on this huge blow up screen that was bigger then the house!! so fun! carne asada, chicken wings and always good friends what more could ask for...The kids all played well together only some minor bulling and no cuts or bruises which is a plus, our friends Andrea and Kenny came to visit from orem which was exciting! I missed them!! I wish they could of stayed longer then the weekend, but I guess I will have to go for a visit since she has a pool with cabanas and maybe we can higher a cabana boy! hehe. Well what else.. Logan can finally wear his new shoes he got for his birthday from his aunt michelle which are so cute! he loved them he got mad at me for taking them off at the end of the night! lol Brennan starts school in a few weeks for the summer and is hard at work as usual.=( and for myself just trying to spend as much time with Brennan and Logan as I can when I am not working. =)

So last weekend Brennan and his Brother started to put up this fence around their mother's pool so our little Logan cant go for a swim whenever he wants! haha..and we went to a few bbq's as well as looked at homes, let me tell you its stressful and can give you a headache! =)But i am sure be worth it when we are done and find one we love! Well monday I decided to finally vacuum and Logan thinks he needs to run around the house like a crazy person as soon as I start then trys to hide under the table like in the picture he though it was the funniest thing! I kept trying to get him! lol Then yesterday I came home from work and Brennan said he had a suprise for me..I thought oh good a slurpee like he usually brings me..nope I got two more willow tree statues for my collection..one is "hope" a little boy holding a balloon and the other is "together" a man and a woman holding eachother..I just love getting suprises!! hehe anyways everything else is going well Brennan is busy at work as usual and Logan is our cheezy adorable little boy and I am thankful to have such a wonderful family who I love dearly and Thankful for all the blessings we have each and every day. =)

California Trip 2008!!

So Saturday morning The Swan family headed for the Beach!! We were meeting up with our friends from Logandale Jed and Joshlynn, cause Jed and Brennan were going to go to a concert Sunday night..so anyways We went to Santa Monica and hung out at the beach all day! Nothing like some california sunshine..This was Logan's first time acually in the water and he was a little bit scared but got used to..we played in the sand and just relaxed! My favorite part! =) Later that day we headed back to check into our hotel room and shower then we and ate at the Claim Jumper..and as usual Logan doesnt do that well in hotel rooms, no matter how tired he is he will run non stop till the wee hours! and since I was sharing a bed with him I didnt get much sleep cause he takes up the whole thing! haha I still love him though. Well the next day we got up early to drive the Santa Barbara which is about an hour away. After I gave the wrong directions to brennan we finally made it to the beach woops! and we walked around the pier where we caught this boat called"The toot toot boat" that had bubbles coming out of the top anyways it took us over to the other side of the beach and we had lunch and walk around until we found "The Bike" we had a blast except for the part where we almost crashed like 3 times maybe more I tried to close my eyes! haha..well Later that night The boys went to the Pennywise/Offspring concert and Joshlynn and I and of course the kids went to eat pizza and hang out on the beach, the weather was beautiful and the kids played in the sand and gave us a workout ,trying to keep them from running into the ocean! I'm glad we got to share the trip with some friends, The trip turned out pretty good and we had a great time!

Anneversary

So Yesterday May 13th 2008 was our 2nd Anniversary! Time flys I guess when you have a kid and are with your best friend, laughing,acting goofy,talking,just laying on the couch watching tv, its the best! Brennan and I couldn't be more happy with each other right now. =) So last night we went to dinner we thought we would try this steakhouse his Sister told us about, it's at the Fiesta casino, I was a little worried but it turned out to be the best food ever! And this weekend we are going to California for a relaxing weekend at the beach I can't wait! Brennan and I look forward to many anniversary's to come! I love him!

Coral Pnk 2008

So as most of you all know Brennan's Family goes to the sand dunes every year atleast 2-3 times..this past weekend was our first and we had so much fun!! We camped outside cause we were too lazy to put up the tent lol, road fourwheelers and ate plenty of food and Logan loved being outside and getting very dirty!! There is never a dull moment at the dunes, Brennan got hurt of course cause he is clumsy and still managed to ride the fourwheeler and tuff it out, Marrisa (my sister inlaw) and I went on a few rides and I have to say we were very proud of ourselves for going up big hills that we normally wouldnt! =) With all the awesome dutch oven food, snacks, good laughs around the camp fire, getting dirty and sand in every inch of your body, and of course the sourdough we all can't wait to go in September!!

Weekend Update..

So Friday we celebrated My mother Inlaws 60th Bday..Family and friends gathered at her house for a big suprise when she got home from work...its was tons of fun! Brennan and his brother had the BBQ going and we ate tons of good food! =) Then Saturday Brennan and I did some needed chors around the house and Sunday I got a 24 hour bug so I was a little under the weather, and of course Brennan caught the bug too! So other then that the weekend wasn't too eventful besides Friday night at the party. Logan loves to be out doors and play on the "low rider" couch in our den, he thinks he is hot stuff being able to climb onto it now..he is so cute!

A Day at the Fair!

So yesterday Brennan, Logan and I went to the Fair in Logandale, we met at Brennan's friends house (Jed,Joshlynn, and Jara) so we could all go together, it was so much fun! Logan and Jara went on their first rollcoaster with their dads and Logan didnt even cry on the roller coaster, I thought for sure he would of! anyways we were there at about 11 in the morning till about 2 but it was nap time for the kids and logan needed a change of clothes since he had an accident, so gross when your kid doesnt go to the bathroom for a day and a half! lol anyways we hung out at Jed and Joshlynn's house till after nap time and went back to the fair we saw all the animals which Logan loved this one baby calf, he kept sticking his hand through the fence and got some kisses from the calf it was cute! and then of course we ate plenty of Fair food, now I think its time for a diet after that! haha we ate way to much!! Logan loved running around on the grass and playing with all the random kids everywhere! So it turned out to be a great day at the Fair. =) We can't wait till next time!!

So lets see what have we been up to?? April 4th Brennan's sister got married and we went to a dinner after then, Saturday April 5th was the reception..so fun there was the best homemade mexican food and a marriachi band..sorry if i spelt that wrong! lol Logan loved the music he was dancing and clapping and just ran around chasing the little girls! haha he definatly had some girlfriends!.......Ok so I said I got a new job well I already quit that job and got a new one! I work in a Dental lab and I was a runner delivering stuff to different dentist but now they want me to work in the office and be an assistant which is fine with me, more money paid holidays and weekends off! =) Brennan is almost done with school for spring semester and is thinking about doing summer school, but we are hoping to go out of town for a few days (mini vacation) before summer starts..logan is still curious about everything and will not eat anything but cheetos and oatmeal and is starting to be more clingy toward me, which is fine I love it!!! =) He is getting more teeth right now he has 7 teeth and i think about 2 more coming in on the bottom, Teething is so much fun!!! All you moms know where iam coming from!! haha anyways thats all thats going on for now..we hope everyone is having a great weekend!!

Ryker's Bday!!

So on April 2nd we went to Brennan's aunt's for Ryker's bday which is Kellie and Steven Mohler's baby(Kellie is Brennan's cousin) anyways we played in the park and had cake and pizza, it was tons of fun! Ryker loved his cake can you tell lol and Logan decided to dump a cup of soda on him so we had to change him into girl clothes cause I being the responsible parent and all forget his "extra clothes" and thats all there was to change him so, anyways he was a cute little girl for the evening haha..I can't believe our kids are so big, they are growing up to fast!!=( but I love how close he is with Ryker and Ellie because they all all close in age, the next Bdays are their cousin Traxton then Ellie then we have a new baby girl born in July (Brennan's sister's baby) Babies everywhere!! haha I love it!

Brennan is the best I love him dearly...Like I said in my last post this past week was kinda crazy..well Brennan still managed to clean up the house, take care of Logan and send me cute text messeges saying he loves me.. while being sick and still going to work every day..Well as time goes by I realize that every moment counts with him as well as Logan,and not to take anything for granted and we are a great team! Like my title says "Forever, For Always, and No matter what" We stick by eachother through thick and thin and manage to come out fine. He truely is my Love of a Lifetime and we will have a lifetime of love and beyond. I Love you Brennan! ( And,Yes I did use my Fav. wedding picture lol)

So this past week has been a little crazy...I started a new job at Michael Stars in the Town Square and I will be working full time but the pay is really good and I get the best discount ever!!! 75% you cant beat that! lol anyways..Brennan has been sick or as he puts it he's dieing! (he is such a baby) haha but I love him,and poor logan has been trying to be a good boy for dad and has been pretty good from what i hear..Today is friday and I have the day off but I have a million things to do and the best thing is getting my hair done! woohoo..sorry its been way to long since i got to go somwhere to get it done, and now that i am working I deserve it haha..anyways everything else is good around the Swan house Logan is still walking everywhere and LOVES his cheetoes and hot dogs. Tonight we are going out for Brennan's Brother's bday to Tony Romas mmm ribs! thats all I could think about today..lol well I will try and post as much as I have time for between trying to keep up with the house, Logan and of course Brennan. Well the Easter Bunny stopped by our house this morning and brought Logan lots of eggs and toys!! We hurried and got ready for the day and we went to Valley of Fire for lunch with Logan's Aunt Brittnie and her new fiance's family..we had the best mexican food and Logan wanted to climb on all the rocks and get dirty like all the other kids there..He loves to not be clean! haha..We came back to town toward the afternoon to visit with my dad and then off to Brennan's mom's for dinner..wow what a full day! We had a great time and Logan played all day with only one nap and did great!! which made me happy =)...So on another note, I got a new job and will start work tomorrow..I am so excitted its at this store I love and cant beat the discount!! haha anyways I will be working full time and Brennan is still going to school and working but now he gets to help play with Logan while I work at night so it will be good father son time for them...as for our pride and joy Logan is still walking everywhere and getting into everything, loves to throw fits and lay on the floor kicking his legs and he has six teeth and more mohlers on the way..yea for us!!

Easter Egg Hunt!

SO yesterday we went to Brennan's aunt's house for a family easter egg hunt with all the kids and had a little BBQ afterwards...Well this was the first time Logan had ever gone to look for eggs cause last year he was only a month old. Logan had so much fun he got about 5 eggs then was over it and wanted to chase the other kids on the jungle gym and go on the swings and slides..we had a good time!

So my mom found this cool park just off warmsprings near decatur on the other side of the freeway it was so cute and perfect...called the wagonwheel park..it was all western with covered wagons for the tables and swings and a awesome sheltered gym area..we had some friends and family there but mostly family lol cause brennan has a lot..Logan loved it he got tons of cool new toys and clothes and best of all my sister made him a cool toy box that will fit them all!! I was excitted for that one! It was a beautiful day to be outside! =) we had pizza and a cupcakes and played it was a good time!

Logan Turned 1 !!!

So Wednesday Logan turned 1 March 5th...I cant believe he is one! It feels like I just had him!! It all started March 5th 2007..I was talking to my friend kari online and thought I peed my pants only I came to find out nope just my water breaking...I had no idea what to do next lol...So I called my mom and she said go to the hospital, So me being impatient for somone to acually come get me I drove myself to the hospital and Valeted my car lol...I layed in the triage area for about 2 hours before they moved me to a room at about 1130 nothing was going on I felt fine no contractions..except for the fact I didnt know I was suppose to eat a huge meal before I got there cause they dont let you eat!! I was so starving!! lol anyways brennan got here about 1 with a bag of treats brandi sent with him (even though i couldnt eat them lol) I was dialated to a 2 when I complained the pain hurt to much ( yes I am a baby!) they gave me demerol and I kinda dozed off for 40min when I woke up in the most pain possible!! yea the nurse checked me and said I dialated to a 10 in 40min so I couldnt have the epidural..I wish brennan could of go me on tape I yelled at the nurse and freaked out! my sister heard me down the hall..it was pretty funny this was all about 5:15pm I started pushing at 530 and Logan William Swan was here at 6 pm on the dot...I think this has been the biggest accomplishment I am most proud of..I never thought I could do it..but I did and I'm blessed that I get to experience motherhood. I love him dearly.

V-day!/Brennan's Bday/Blessing

So this year Brennan and I had to work and Logan was at his grandma swan's house...I decorated Brennan's office the night before with hearts and candies and a flower it was way cute..and all day Brennan kept saying he didnt get me a card or nothing..which i knew was a lie..so I got home that afternoon and Brennan had a huge balloon that when you pushed it, it played a song and there were my favortie flowers and a card on the table..he is the best!..but then there was a plastic bag with somthign in it..bullets?? yes bullets for a gun..as I was very confused I just said thanks! honey! lol He said to go put them in the safe so I did but come to find out there was a PINK GUN!!! in there waiting for me!!! I was so excitted!! He is the best and I Love Him So Much! I told Brennan dont ever but me a gun unless its PINK! lol and he found one..its a Rueger 10/22 Rifle I cant wait to go shooting now..all though I dont think anyone will take me serious lol..that night we went to this cute diner called Nelson's frozen custard..I loved it! It turned out to be a good day...Then friday the 15th was Brennans B-day we went to the outback with all his friends and some family then left for utah that night to go to my friend Kari's Baby's Blessing...It was so pretty up there with all the snow and good to see her and jeff and all her family...we went to chili's for dinner the night before and hung out that day..although it was a short trip I had a good time..It's always goood to see good friends! =)

Not enough hours in the day....

So the past 3 weeks I have been working for Brennan's office putting numbered stickers on about 25000 papers I still have about 100,000 more..wow! Anways I have been working 40hours a week plus going home to try and be house wife/ mom...our house is a destroyed 24/7 and I dont ever feel like cooking...Definatly to hard to work full time and take care of two kids (logan and brennan) haha...and on top of all that I still need to finish a blanket I started to make for Logan...maybe by March for his B-day it will be done...For right now Logan is teething big time..he just turned 11months today and furniture walking and crawling everywhere...loves to act up to get what he wants but for the most part mom and dad give him everything cause he is so dang cute!

Another day at Lowes...

So we have been doing more construction on the house..this time the bathroom and closet..so I think we have been to the lowes by our house oh I would say about 25 times in the last week and a half..They know Brennan by name thats for sure!! haha..anyways so the last time we went we decided to put Logan in the car shopping cart and he loved it! I was on the other side of the store and my sister was pushing him around and I could here him screaming having a blast...I guess just like his dad he will loves tools and the tool stores for sure when he is older!! We will post pictures after the bathroom and closet are finished..I hope soon!!

Christmas

So, Christmas this year was so much fun! Not only did we have a child to spoil rotten we had a real Christmas Tree that smelt so good, I missed having a real one..Well Christmas Eve we went to dinner at Brennan's mom's and had a Christmas Program with singing and reading a story ( they do it every year) which was fun! Christmas morning I woke up to feed logan at 5am and when i went back to bed BRennan was awake so I said "we should go open gifts!" I thought for sure he would say " no I'm tired" but he jumped out of bed before I could say ok..haha...anyways we were like kids throwing the paper and boxes everywhere we had a good time! then Logan woke up and he went straight for his new tonka truck Santa brought him...he loved it until he tried to stand and push it when he fell, I think he is scared of it now hehe...the rest of the day we spent with family opening more gifts and hanging out it was a good Christmas, I do wish my mom could of been there, We missed her a lot!! but she is coming for a visit for Logan's bday in march and for next CHristmas so that is excitting! and I think Logan got every toy and piece of clothing they offered in the stores haha..so for his bday he might need a new bedroom..all in all Christmas was a blast and we can't wait for next Christmas! We hope Everyone has a good New year to come!

New to the blog thing

So, we decided to join this blog page to share our life with friends and family we dont talk to as much and let them know how everthing is goingwith the Swan's...As of right now I think I just spend about 45min trying to get the stupid slideshow going for you all to see pictures and it didnt work how i wanted it to but thanks to my friend Kari she got it to work so, enjoy all the pictures! Theres a lot but they are all spread over a year.
